Shelly Vaughn
President
Shelly and her husband Matthew have been married since 2006. They have lived in Holly Tree since 2013 with their two sweet children Annibelle and Noah and have a spirited mini golden doodle named “Indie”.
She works as a Realtor in both the Greater Greenville and Charleston Trident areas and has a background in Elementary Education.
She has served as PTA President and volunteered within her local community and church but has never served on an HOA board before. In her free time, she enjoys singing, playing the piano, and restoring old furniture.
She is hopeful that Holly Tree will remain a treasured community with more social events, open communications and friendly, positive experiences among neighbors.
Steve Hester
1st VP
I have lived in Holly Tree for 8 years. I work primarily from home, though I do go into the office on occasion. I have 2 wonderful kids, Zechariah and Zoe and a supportive Husband, Dru. I have enjoyed getting to know our wonderful neighbors and see the BOD as an opportunity to expand our network beyond our cul-de-sac and assure alignment of the BOD with current residents through meaningful representation of community needs.
I would like to assure the BOD is responsibly and transparently working to meet the demands of our beautiful community of outstanding neighbors.
Carrie Norell
2nd VP
Carrie and her husband Ray have lived in Holly Tree since 2016. She has two young children - both of which will be at Bell's Crossing in the Fall. Carrie is originally from Gainesville, GA and a Clemson University Graduate.
She has worked for over 15 years in the automotive manufacturing industry and has enjoyed serving for the past 6 years on the Roper Mountain Science Center Association Board. While this is her first time serving on the HOA, she is eager to add value to the community that she and her family have come to love so dearly.
Her focus is on fostering positive dialog amongst neighbors and seeing the community come together more to build networks, connections, and friendships with those which we live closest with.

Stephanie VanderKnyff
Secretary
I've lived in Holly Tree for 6 years. l used to be an archaeologist, but now I stay at home with my two boys who both go to Bethel Elementary. I'm from Roanoke, VA, originally, but moved to South Carolina in 2008 to attend graduate school at the University of South Carolina. After almost a decade in Columbia, my family moved to Greenville to live closer to my husband's family. I love traveling, hiking, and reading.
